Privacy Policy

Nightglass is made by Ryan Bater (Studio No.19). This policy explains what the game does with your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Nightglass has no accounts and no analytics of its own, and we do not receive any information about you. The only data collected is by the third-party services described below (Google AdMob for optional ads, and Apple for purchases and Game Center).

Stored on your device

Your game progress (shards, upgrades, records and settings) is saved on your device so you can pick up where you left off. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Optional ads

Ads only ever play when you choose to watch one for a reward (a revive, extra starting gold or the daily shard cache). They are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google may collect information such as your device type, an advertising identifier, your IP address and how you interact with the ad, in order to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Nightglass does not ask to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Where the law requires it (for example in the UK and EU), you are asked for your consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings, under Ad privacy choices. Purchases

The optional Nightglass Supporter purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Your purchase is linked to your Apple account so you can restore it on a new device.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center name, as described in Apple's privacy policy.

Children

Nightglass is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If a future version changes any of this, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
